Risk Reduction Reagents
Over the next few months Aquakem Technology will be embarking on a programme to reduce the risks associated with reagents and the removal of any raw material which may be considered a precursor in the manufacture of drugs or explosives.
To date (compared with competitors products) ;
TH5 - Total Hardness Indicator - was Harmful NOW Non Hazardous
TH2 - Total Hardness Buffer - was Irritant NOW Non Regulated (to be supplied currently on request)
FE5 - Thioglycollate / Ferrozine - was Toxic NOW Harmful
FE6 - Thioglycollate - was Toxic NOW Harmful.

High range Molybdate Reagents reduced to two in number & Hexamine regulated as Flammable has been incorporated into a liquid reagent eliminating the flammable classification.
